We moved into a rental home and the A/C didn't work... in 90+ weather! All Comfort Heating and Cooling came out the same evening and found that a burnt wire had caused the compressor to go bad. They returned the next day with 14 fans to help until a new part could be ordered. They next day they brought out window units to further assist with cooling. Their staff was friendly, professional and thorough. They went above and beyond duty to help us out in a bad situation! Last night I engaged in some spur of the moment DIY and installed a new thermostat. After I finished programming it the thermostat display indicated all was well so I went to bed without a worry. This morning an extremely cold house work up the entire family long before the alarm went off. Try as I might I could not get the heat to come on. I wrapped my shivering grandchildren in blankets and began an Internet search for an HVAC repair company. After reading through countless reviews I came across All Comfort Heating & Cooling. Their customers' reviews were infused with true sincerity. You could tell the reviewers were really trying to make the point that this was a great company to deal with. So, first thing this morning I called All Comfort Heating & Cooling and explained my emergency to the extremely gracious Amanda. She promised to have someone at my house soon and within 90 minutes Allen & David arrived. Before setting foot in my house they covered their shoes with booties. That level of respect for my home impressed me immediately. They diagnosed & repaired the problem quickly and the service charge was very reasonable. I learned a few things today. First, don't try to install a thermostat on your own, it's much more complicated than the product packaging leads you to believe and second, do believe the reviews that you read. They lead me to a fantastic company today; All Comfort Heating & Cooling is a class act. Their technical skills are excellent and their customer service skills are extraordinary. They gained another regular customer today and I will be sure to recommend them to everyone I can. Please support our local small businesses such as this one. They are crucial to our communiti8es; they are the backbone of our local economies and will go above and beyond to make sure you are a satisfied customer.

I can't say thank you enough, for a locally owned company like this one. Its easy to write a review for them. This company has: - Excellent customer service, came out same day as I called them. They called me back, and I didn't even leave a message. - Technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. I had two companies try and fix my air conditioner unit before these guys. After a week of using bad companies I finally called this company. Definitely keeping their number on my fridge! I was extremely impressed with All Comfort Heating and Cooling. They had someone at my home the same day I called. My air conditioner was not cooling my home below 80 degrees no matter how low I set my thermostat. I had the same problem all last summer. My neighbor gave me All Comfort's number and I am so glad he did.
I am on a fixed income for disability and have not had much luck in the past with service companies understanding my situation. 2 companies came to my home last summer and told me I needed a new unit, which I couldn't afford. They said there was nothing mrer they could do. My heat works fine, so I didn't understand.
Allen was respectful and honest about prices. He checked out my thermostat and my system, outside and under the house. Turns out I didn't need to have a new unit installed after all! Allen had my home down to the temperature I like in about an hour. He also gave me a senior discount. Talk about great service and prices. When my air conditioner was not cooling on a Sunday, I called my 4th local company. All Comfort Heating and Cooling had their tech to my home within a few hours. Allen was so understanding when I asked questions, considering he was the 4th heat and air company to come to my home in a month. He explained everything he did to my system and checked it through and through. By the time he left my house, my air was coming out of the vents CLD! I had the please of dealing with Allen when I first moved to NC as he worked for a company that handled my home warranty. He has since gone out on his own with All Comfort Heating and Cooling, LLC. Because of his excellent customer service skills as well as his expertise in the business, I stayed with him during his transition to his new company. I woudln't think of using another vendor. Last year my A/C unit went out when I was on vacation and when I called to see when they could come out, Allen was out the next morning and it was a Sunday morning. He had the part in stock and took care to the problem within minutes! All Comfort Heating and Cooling is also very affordable especially in these economic times!

Allen Fields serviced my A/C. Came over within the hour on a Saturday and diagnosed the problem as a failed compressor. Thankfully the compressor was under warranty. He offered a reasonable quote for labor charges on repair. It took a couple of days for the compressor to ship and he installed it on Wednesday. Great professional service.. Allen is very knowledgeable about A/C repair. The company stands by its repair by assuring a good warranty.

I called All Comfort Heating and Air on a Sunday night a little after midnight my a/c quit working and I spoke with Allen service man and told him my situation and that I could not go without a/c do to my health problems I told Allen that if we have to we would go to a motel and he could get to it Monday during working hours he said he would be at my house with in 45 minutes he was there and repaired the problem Allen was very nice and respectful I would recommend his work to anyone. The repair technician, Allen was extremely courteous when I called. I have had 3 other local companies come to my home. They have all performed different expensive fixes to my 9 year old unit. Our heat pump had died, the only heat we had during the winter was the emergency heat strips. This was costing us a small fortune in our electric bill. We had called several businesses and could not find anyone that would even answer their telephone or if we left a message there was not a return call. I finally resorted to the internet.
After searching the different heating and A/C businesses I found All Comfort Heating and Cooling. I read the reviews and decided to give them a call.
We set up a time for Allen to come by to take a look at the unit. At 10:00 am on a Thursday morning Allen met our son at our home at Topsail Island. As we had known it had to be replaced. He called me at work and explained the problem. From that point he explained the type of unit which he felt we needed and the warranty.
We needed a unit badly since we were having friends staying at the beach and bringing their grandchildren. Their grandchildren were from Alaska so we needed to act quickly We settled on a price and the unit was ordered.
On the Friday before our friends were to arrive on Monday, Allen, Amanda and their assistant brought the unit in about 3:00 pm to have it replaced. (My brother in law, who lives next door, called me at work and said if you added all of their ages together the total age probably would not be 50 years old) I was very impressed that they stayed until the job was completed that night around 10:00 pm on a Friday night, yes a Friday night.
My wife and I feel we were fortunate to have found All Comfort Heating and Cooling. I would recommend this company to anyone needing either service or a unit replaced. Thanks again Allen and Amanda for all of your help!
