We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position will provide service and support to our customers, our technicians and our operations managers.

Essential duties include:
answering incoming calls and emails to efficiently schedule service appointments
assisting and/or leading various marketing and sales activities like customer follow-up calls, social media posting and email campaign development (hint: creativity and critical thinking)
performing data input, filing, and other important administrative tasks to keep our office running smoothly
contributing daily to creating a fun, pleasant and productive work environment for everyone on the team
We prefer applicants with at least 6 months experience working with a home service contracting company performing scheduling and dispatching for emergency service calls.
This is a full time position that works Monday - Friday. The hourly rate range is $12.50 - $14.50+ per hour based on skill level, previous experience and proven on-the-job performance.
