I became a customer because the company that installed my HVAC system keeps bankers hours and won't return phone calls after 5PM until the next day. When your HVAC goes out in below freezing weather after 5 - what do you do? An internet search and you discover All Comfort HVAC. A power surge had fried a number of components - Alan and his team came on a weekend and made repairs. Two days later, another component in the system died at 9PM and kicked the system off. The technician was at our home by 11PM and stayed until he figured out what was causing the issue. Trust me - they answer the phone and they show up to take care of you. Their fees were reasonable and I am DONE with that other company - even though the home is under warranty - not worth the headache - you get what you pay for!"
