We had a problem with one of our units, it was not cooling things properly. They checked everything out and found that there was nothing really wrong with the unit. "Existing AC unit and Oil burner furnace on a home I purchased earlier in the year needed replaced. Called multiple companies and got quotes for a new system. All Comfort was the first to respond and ended up being the best fit for our home for quality and price. They were prompt and very organized in getting the quote to us. Amanda was very attentive and always got back to me with any questions that I had. They ended up replacing our AC/Furnace with a Heat Pump and new air handler. We had some additional electrical work that needed to be done, added a special air filter and purchased a labor warranty as well. The day they showed up to complete the work it around 9am. They were efficient in getting the old unit out and they were very carefully to not damage my lawn in the process. The unit was installed and completed over a 7 hour window. The unit was tested and they showed me how to use the new thermostat and explained to me that there would be a follow up a few weeks later with some information about my rebate...etc It was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a local quality service company. The attentiveness alone is aces in my book but the quality of the work was excellent as well."
Eric D. "Fixed broken heat pump I had another company come originally to repair my heat pump. They quoted me for the repair, but then convinced me that I needed a whole new system because mine was "very weak" and on it's last legs. After getting some quotes for a full replacement (ranging from $6,500- $7,200), a few friends started questioning the need for replacement of an 8 year old system. Frustrated, I looked on Angie's List (which I should have done first) for another company to come look at it. All Comfort had a great rating so I called. The woman who scheduled the appointment was very friendly and a technician was here within 3 hours. He could find no indication that my system was bad. I was happy to learn that the unit was in great shape and just needed a part replaced and some coolant. The technician was very professional and took the time to explain everything. For $320, it was up and running again. It was a wonderful experience to have someone treat me with respect and not try to sell me something I didn't need. This is the only company I will use from now on. "
